How to Choose a Curtain Track: Straight, Curved or Concealed
Start with the room, then choose the profile. A window plan, a ceiling detail and the curtain arrangement give us a clearer basis for selecting a complete system.
01 · Follow the window layout
For a straight run, compare manual profiles such as A30 and A17. Bay windows, corners and curved openings need a curved-track review. A27, FY6, TB2, A03, A10 and FY7 are in our curved collection; the allowable radius and preparation method depend on the selected profile.
02 · Review the finished ceiling
A slim surface-mounted profile and a recessed profile solve different installation details. Review A26 for ultra-slim ceiling installations and A28 for recessed directions. Share the ceiling section and available space before confirming the model; the profiles do not share one universal recess dimension.
03 · Match movement and components
For a quiet manual system, compare the A17 and B01 details, including their gliders and materials. B01 combines aluminum alloy with ASA and CPVC components; its catalogue lists noise below 42 dB. Review the complete assembly and a physical sample rather than treating a catalogue noise figure as a guarantee for every room.
