What is the standard MOQ?
Our standard order MOQ is 200 meters. Custom colors, motors, packaging and tooling can have different requirements, confirmed after the specification review.
Can we request samples?
Complimentary standard samples are available for initial cooperation under our sample policy. Courier costs are covered by the customer. Custom samples and new tooling are reviewed separately.
Can you develop a new profile?
We support profile and component development for qualified projects. Feasibility, tooling, development fees and ownership are agreed in writing after the brief is reviewed.
Can you supply smart control options?
Remote, voice and Tuya-compatible configuration directions are available. Voltage, plug, wireless version, compatibility and required certification are reviewed for your destination market.
How are prices and lead times confirmed?
Both are confirmed in your formal quotation after the model, finish, accessory configuration, quantity, packaging and destination have been reviewed.
